preheat oven to 425

mix mayo, and parmesan cheese in a bowl

coat chicken in mayo mix, then lightly cover with italian bread crumbs.

bake at 425 for approx 20 mins or until chicken is cooked through
- 5
note: my girlfriend has issues with foods that have as lot of salt, so we make our own bread crumbs using crushed dried bread, and italian blend ms dash crushed.
