In Turkey we cook this dish in summer time. Cold and ready to eat for couple of days. My kid doesn't like cold food, so I heat it up for her.
Cooking Instructions

Wash and clean beans,then put in a pot. Cut tomato, onions, carrot, cover. Sprinkle sugar and salt. Add your olive oil and water, boil high heat, then lower the flame, cook slowly. Until beans are tender.

Do not over cook .
