Mix all ingredients for the meatballs together.

Preheat oven for 300

Take cookie sheet and make meatballs and arrange on cookie sheet.

Put meatballs in oven for 30 mins

In a 5qt sauce pan saute onions, garlic and celery in extra virgin olive oil

Put in all remaining ingredients for stew and then put in meatballs when done and get it to a simmer

Simmer stew until potatoes and vegtables are tender.
