Ingredients

  • 1 cupsalad oil
  • 3/4 cupsoy sauce
  • 1/2 cuplemon juice
  • 1/4 cupdijon mustard
  • 1/4 cupWorcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cuponion, chopped
  • 2 tspcracked pepper
  • 2 clovegarlic, minced

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix and store in refrigerator until ready to use. Marinate chicken, pork or beef for at least 4-6 hours. 24 hours is best. Excellent on the grill!
