Seive wheat flour, milk powder, choco powder, baking powder and baking soda and keep aside

Now in a bowl mix oil, curd and sugar and whisk it nicely till sugar dissolves.

Now add cream and essence and again whisk for 3- 4 minutes.

Now add the dry muxture in 3 - 4 turns and whisk till it is soft and creamy, add 1/2 of the chopped almonds and mix.

Grease the baking dish pour the mixture and tap it on the kitchen slab to make it even.

Before you start whisking the mixture.take a big vessel with a heavy bottom and let it heat on medium flame.

Place a stand in the vessel, place a baking dish over the stand and cover the vessel..

When your cake is half done spread the remaining almond on top and bake again.

1st 5 mins let the flame be on high and then put the flame on.low and let it bake for 30 - 35 minutes.

Have a toothpik test it should come out. If not then again bake for 5 - 6 minutes.

Remove the baking dish and place on a iron rack and let it cool for 3 - 4 hours.

Cut into slices and enjoy at teatime.
