2 tbspCanola oil
2 tspGrated orange zest
2 cupGranola, such as almond cherry
2/3 cupRoughly chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 375. Coat an 8-in square baking pan with cooking spray

In bowl lightly whisk eggs. Whisk in honey, oil, and zest. Stir in granola and walnuts. Mix thoroughly.

Spread mixture in baking pan and bake 15 mins. Cool for 10 mins, then cut into squares. Store in fridge covered.
