Haet oil in a kadai

Add bay leaves, cumin seeds black pepper, cloves, raost the same for 1min,

Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, fennel powder, kashiri mirch, meat masala, ginger garlic powder, cinnamon powder and mix it well and saute 1/2 min

Add chopped Onion and cook for 2-3mins

Make a paste of tomato, ginger garlic and green chilli

Now add the Tomato paste

Add some water and put the lid and cook for 10mins.

Now add cream and cook another 5-8 mins.

Add salt, mix it well and cokk for 1min more,

Now cut the pieces of kabab in 1inch

Add the chicken kabab pieces and cokk for 2-3mins.

Add garam masala and kasuri methi,

Served hot with roti and parantha.
