2 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
1 mediumyellow onion
1 tbspChili Powder
2 tspDried Oregano
1 cantomato paste
4Chipotle Peppers
1 tbspAdobe Sauce
1 1/4 lbTurkey
12 ozLow Sodium Chicken Broth
30 ozWhole Canned Tomatoes
14 1/2 ozKidney Beans
14 1/2 ozBlack Beans

Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat

Add onion, garlic, chili powder, and oregano. Stir for about 3 minutes.

Add turkey cooking about 8 minutes

Add chicken broth and simmer until reduced by half; about 10 minutes.

Add tomatoes, crushing them through your fingers into skillet along with juices and beans.

Bring to a boil, uncovered, stir occasionally until thick, about 10 minutes.
