Ingredients

4to5 servings
  • 12breast of chicken
  • 6-7 tbspGinger paste
  • 5-6 tbspGarlic paste
  • 1 tbspWhite pepper powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • For Marinade
  • 80 gmcheese
  • 8Green chilies
  • 20 gmChopped coriander
  • 160 mlCream
  • 1/2 tbspNutmeg powder
  • 3 tbspCorn flour
  • 2 tbspDeghi mirch
  • 1 tbspCumin powder
  • 1 tbspGaram masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1Egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean,remove the skin and debone the chicken

  2. 2

    Cut the breast pieces in 3 or 4

  3. 3

    Add ginger garlic paste to seasoning and rub the chicken

  4. 4

    Keep aside for 15 min

  5. 5

    In a large bowl add cheese,finely chopped green chilies,egg,coriander finely chopped,cream,nutmeg powder,Corn flour,deghi mirch,cumin powder,garam masala

  6. 6

    Then add chicken pieces and rub evenly on every pieces

  7. 7

    Keep aside for 4-5 hrs

  8. 8

    Then take a skewer and keep the chicken pieces a inch apart

  9. 9

    Put the skewer into tandoor do 10-12 min until fully done

  10. 10

    Serve this with green chutney and onion rings with lemon wedges
