Cut chicken into thin strips, cook in oil in skillet

Combine pineapple with juice, soy sauce, honey, ginger and garlic

After chicken is cooked, add mixture, bring to boil, boil 5 mins.

Add pepper and broccoli, cook until crisp. Serve atop rice
