  1. 1 lbChicken breast
  2. 1 tbspevoo
  3. 1 canPineapple chunks in juice
  4. 2 tbspSoy sauce
  5. 2 tbspHoney
  6. 2 tspginger
  7. 2 tspgarlic
  8. 1 envelopebroccoli
  9. 1Bell pepper

  1. 1

    Cut chicken into thin strips, cook in oil in skillet

  2. 2

    Combine pineapple with juice, soy sauce, honey, ginger and garlic

  3. 3

    After chicken is cooked, add mixture, bring to boil, boil 5 mins.

  4. 4

    Add pepper and broccoli, cook until crisp. Serve atop rice
