Take maida put oil, salt, ajwain and heeng make a dough, rub it for 10 min, keep it to rest for 10 min by covering with a thin cloth. Take a wok put oil add jeera, heeng then soaked and coarsely grinded urad daal put salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and amchur powder and stir until it is golden in colour, keep it to cool, take a ball of the dough press with palm to make it flat and round put the daal mixture in between and cover from all the sides, press again to flat, fry.
