Take wheat flour and add palak puree. Add salt, black pepper oil and water to make dough for paratha.

Take boil potatoes and beet root and mash it. Add chilli garlic paste, coriander, lemon juice, garam masala, salt and sugar. Mix gently for stuffing.

Now put this stuffing in dough. And make round paratha.Roast it in butter or oil.

Serve healthy paratha with ketchup. Easy and healthy recipe for breakfast.
