Wash and peel and grate the raw mango.

Add salt and mix well

Heat oil in a pan.

Add black mustard seeds and asafoetida.

Let it cool down a beat till warm.

Then add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and roasted fenugreek powder and then pour this on the grated mango.

Mix well and let it cool completely.

Pour in the glass jar and keep in the fridge.
