Kacchi kerri Panna
Steps

In a deep pan pour water and keep it for boiling. Add roughly chopped raw mangoes to it and let it cook for 15 minutes.

Take equal proportion of gud and cheeni. Add it to the boiling process.

Add jeera, Phudina patta and black salt. Let it cook for 15 minutes more.

Once the Panna is cooled drain it through channi and mash the remaining paste also with spoon. All content should be drain and come out from channi. Now store this concentrated panna in glass container - No plastic or metal container.

For serving, pour 2 tblspoon of the concentrated panna and rest of water to the glass. Add ice cubes and serve chilled to family or guests who have just come from heat. Njoy 🙂
