Sweet Kachori with Spicy Dip

First for kachori, mix plain flour, salt, oil, baking powder, baking salt add required water make soft dough and rest it for 2 hrs.

For stuffing, in a pan take 2 tbsp ghee add shredded carrot fry for 2min till raw smell goes off add milk and the kaju badam paste and cook for 5min,add elachi powder, add sugar and cook for 5min.

Take the dough and roll it in to small round and put the stuff and close it and again roll it then deep fry them until golden brown and take them on to paper towel and take them to a serving plate and enjoy them with spicy dip.

For spicy dip in a bowl take greek yogurt i.e thick curd and whisk it,add shredded mango, salt and red chilli powder and mix them and it's ready.
