Cut vegetables into medium size

Boil vegetables for ten minutes with adding six cup water put little salt and turmeric also

Make paste of mustard, cumin, garlic,red chilli

Heat a pan put one spoon mustard oil then put some mustard after that put tamatoes cut ted into small pieces saute for three minutes then put mustard garlic paste. Saute for three minutes add little water then put boiled vegetables and remaining water also. Put chilli powder and salt according to taste

Heat another pan put two spoon oil fry all urad badi till it become brown then put these badi into drumstick gravy. Garnish with Coriander leave. Eat with hot boiled rice. So yummy so tasty
