Steps

Add ghee in pressure cooker and grated fresh coconut, malai and cook it for 3 whistle ir till then coconut soft.

Now remove the lid and add all mixture in a pan or kadhai and cook till all water absorbed.

Add khoya and cardamom powder.

Add ghee and roast 4-5 minute.

Grease a tray and add ready mixture of burfi.

Now cover with silver work and cut into shape if your choice.

Ready coconut khoya burfi
