Ingredients

  • 2 cupwhipping cream
  • 1 canmilk made
  • 2 teaspoonsbutterscotch essence
  • Pinchfood gel colour
  • 1/2 cuppralin(butterscotch)

Steps

  1. 1

    Put whipped cream and milk made in a large bowl.beat in a medium speed for 7_8 minutes.

  2. 2

    Now add butterscotch essence and food gel colour.mix it well.add pralin(butterscotch chunks).gently mix.

  3. 3

    Put batter in ice cream mould(bowl)and freeze it for 10hours.

  4. 4

    Ice cream is ready.

  5. 5

    Take a serving bowl.keep a scoops of ice cream.put butterscotch chunks on top.enjoyyyy
