Put whipped cream and milk made in a large bowl.beat in a medium speed for 7_8 minutes.

Now add butterscotch essence and food gel colour.mix it well.add pralin(butterscotch chunks).gently mix.

Put batter in ice cream mould(bowl)and freeze it for 10hours.

Ice cream is ready.

Take a serving bowl.keep a scoops of ice cream.put butterscotch chunks on top.enjoyyyy
