These cookies are delicious and very easy to make. You can substitute the brown sugar with normal sugar.

These cookies are delicious and very easy to make. You can substitute the brown sugar with normal sugar.
Steps

Heat oven to 180°c/350°f.

Grease baking tin, line with baking film and sprinkle some flour on the film.

Cream the margarine with sugar until its light and fluffy.

Beat in egg and sift the flour. Chop up the chocolate and add to the mixture ensuring it is thoroughly mixed.

Spoon the mixture on to the baking tin (approx. 12 portions) and bake in the pre-heated oven for about 15-20 mins until golden brown.

Serve with milk or your favourite hot or cold drink.

Store left over cookies in an air tight container to preserve freshness.
