I knew ham and broccoli together is delicious I wanted to try it with couscous.

I knew ham and broccoli together is delicious I wanted to try it with couscous.
Cooking Instructions

Dice the ham and stirfry with the ham drippings.
- 2
Put the water and parsley with the ham, couscous seasonings, and simmer stirring in the couscous.
- 3
Steam fry the broccoli. When it's tender to your tastes then add to the couscous.
- 4
Fluff the couscous and serve. I hope you enjoy!

I found this dish at the salad bar at my work's cafeteria. I dissected it and was able to create it. My family loves it. I usually have to make a double batch. It goes really fast. Perfect for lunch. Great for a light vegetarian dinner. Add a chicken breast to it if you desire. You can also replace dill with basil.
