Desecated the apple.

Heat a pan add desecated apple, sugar, orange zest mix it well and cook it till the sugar becomes melted and mixture is dry off the gas.

Take a bowl add hungcurd, apple mixture and vanilla essence, mix it well and freeze it 2hour

After two hour griend the kulffy mixture for more softness. And again freeze it whole night.

Heat a pan add butter, add apple slices roast it than add jaggery mix it well. When it becomes dry transfer on a serving plate

Take a serving bowl transfer the kulffy, sprinkle some desecated apple,pomegranet seeds, and jagery apple serve it cool cool.
