Steps

Mix water,2 tbsp Sugar and yeast and rest for about 5 minutes.

Put the flour and oil and knead soft dough like for chapati.

Cover the dough into an oiled bowl and rest for about an hour.

Knock down the dough and knead for a few minutes,

Prepare the oiled baking sheet and preheat oven to 180 °c

Roll out the dough into one big chapati, apply the honey with a silicone brush and sprinkle the Cinnamon mixed with sugar, roll like a log and cut into circles as shown in the picture.

Bake for 15 minutes, serve cold with tea or milk.

Noted, I don't put sugar syrup on mine.. I avoid too much sugar.
