Steps

Knead the chena well adding salt and garam masala powder

Form balls,deep fry and keep aside

Now add oil and ghee and temper bay leaf red chilli whole garam masalas and jeera

Add chopped onion and saute till it becomes slight brown

Add ginger garlic paste and salt mix well

Add tomato pureed,red chilli Powder and turmeric powder and mix

Add jeera powder mix well and pour water into it

Allow it to boil adding the fried chena balls

Finally add garam masala powder and green chillies

You chanaar dalna is ready
