Steps

Cube the paneer and soak into warm milk with sugar

Add oil,heat and temper the whole masalas

Add onion,ginger garlic paste and saute adding salt and turmeric powder

Add jeera powder and red chilli Powder,mix properly

Add the marinated paneer,mix well

Pour the milk and cover it
- 7
Finally add ghee and garam masala powder,switch off the flame
- 8
Your paneer masala is ready
