Stuffed cottage cheese pakoda with tangy red ch utney

For start first you take all ingredients of pakoda batter. Mix them properly in bowl by water that no lumps remain in batter and remember that the batter should be thick enough for covering. After that keep the batter aside.

Now take all the ingredients of chutney and mix them well in bowl after that take out 1/4 portion of this mixture in another bowl for stuffing,and add some water in remaining mixture and grind coarsely now your chutney is ready.

In next step take cottage cheese and cut in to rectangular thick pieces then cut each rectangular piece from middle and stuff mixture of onion in it, spread it properly now you can ready all the remaining pieces like that.

Take frying pan and pour oil in it keep it on gas flame when oil become hot,you can cover your ready pieces of cottage cheese by besan batter one by one and deep fry them properly till they become golden brown and crispy now take out those on butter paper cut those from middle sprinkle some chaat masala over it and serve hot with red tangy chutney and green chutney. you wilk enjoy this snack.
