In a bowl mix the grated coconut with jaggery,sugar.

Heat a kadai & saute the mix on a low flame.Then add milk & the elaichi powder.Keep stirring the mix till it has become stickyIt will take 10/15min.Then add khoya kheer.Keep aside & let it cool on it's own.

Meanwhile in a bowl mix the rice flour, maida,semolina with a pinch of salt & water.Mix carefully till all the lumps have dissolved.

Heat a non-stick frying pan.Sprinkle some oil on it & spread out the flour mix in widr spirals to make a full circle.Allow the mix to fry & swell of a beat.

Place the freshly prepared patishapta pithe fillingat the centre of the circle & roll it up.Keep frying till it's colour has chaged to light brown.Repeat with the remaining mix.
