Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cupbutter
  • 1/3 cupdill weed
  • 3 poundswhite skinned potatoes
  • 1 tablespoonsalt for boiling
  • 4 quartswater
  • 1/2 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  • To tastesalt for potatoes
  • 2/3 cupdiced sweet onions
  • 1/2 teaspoonsmoked paprika

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash, dice, and boil the potatoes in salty water. Also diced onions if you don't want the crunchyness.

  2. 2

    Spoon the potatoes out of the water. Add butter salt to taste garlic and dill weed. Add also the raw onions now.

  3. 3

    Serve warm or cold, I hope you enjoy!!!
