  1. 12 ouncesfine egg noodles
  2. 5eggs
  3. 1 poundcottage cheese
  4. 1 cupsour cream
  5. 1 cancrushed pineapple
  6. 1 tablespooncinnamon
  7. 2 tablespoonssugar
  8. 3/4 cupraisins (optional)

Steps

    Cook noodles according to directions on package

  2. 2

    In a large bowl add each ingredient then mix it in

  3. 3

    Pour into greased 9x14 inch baking dish

  4. 4

    Make sure raisins are all covered

  5. 5

    Bake in 325F oven for 50-60 minutes, until lightly browned on top

  6. 6

    Serve warm or cold
