Making gatta:- in a bowl add all ingredients mentioned in gatta.

Add water and knead it into tight dough. Roll it into a big size log.

Heat water in a bowl on medium flame add gatta log and boil it for 10 minutes on high flame.

After that strain water and cut boiled gatta into small pieces.

Making coconut gatta rice pilaf:-

In a wok heat ghee on medium flame.

Add mustard seeds when it start crackle then add bay leaf, cardamom, clove,black pepper.

Now add chopped green chilli,beans, red chilli and boiled gatta.saute it for 1 minute.

Now add grated 1 cup coconut. Mix it very well.

Add salt, cinnamon powder.

Now add milk and boiled rice. Mix it.

Cook it on low flame for 4-5 minutes.

In last add chopped green coriander.

Coconut gatta rice pilaf is now ready to serve with any type of dip whichever you like.
