500 gm bhindi cut into thin slice
1 tbsp dry mango powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspchat masala
to tastesalt and red chilli powder
2 tspGinger garlic paste
2 tspgram flour (besan) and mix them using a spoon

Put all bhindinwith masala and add besan and mix with bhindi.

Heat the oil for sometime on high flame.
Sprinkle water(approx. 1-2 tbs) so that bhindi/okra gets wrapped in the mixture properly.
Deep fry till they become little brownish.
Put some lemon juice on them before serving.
