Prepare the sugar syrup by dissolving the sugar in water and letting it to boil. When it boils, switch the flame off and allow to cool completely.

Mix maida, coco powder, coconut powder and baking powder in a bowl and make smooth batter without any lumps

Heat ghee in a pan to shallow fry the malpuas.

Pour in a scoop of the batter to form a small circle, of size as you wish.

Once one side is done, flip it over to cook the other side too.

Once done, drain excess ghee, if any by using paper towels. Allow it to cool.and cut malpua in any shape

I cut malpua in heart shape

Now dip malpua in sugar syrup and garnish with coconut powder
- 9
Its ready to serve with rabdi
