It's hard to find something you can eat and not worry about what in the world did they put into my food. A lot of unique condiments have different things in them like MSG, well I happen to be allergic to MSG. I pick up chicken broth or bouillon MSG second or even first ingredient. Well here is one that doesn't have MSG added to it. This is why one reason I cook so much so I can eat something without so many worries.

I love hotdogs I grew up on them. So this is one of many recipes with hotdogs.

Horseradish is very good for you and well Hotdogs aren't the most healthiest food to eat. Something good has to come of it. They are so delicious this way. Especially when you add leftover chili on it.

For those who do not like raw onions on their hotdogs, you could give this a-go. A very simple straight forward recipe. The chives and tomatoes are a change from the Southern style tradition of hotdogs. Although not gourmet it is a refreshing way to eat a classic food.
