Ingredients

200 gmpaneer
1 cupmaida
1. 1/2 cupmilk
1/2 cupsuji
2 cupsugar syrup
1 tspcardamom powder
few drop food colours
oil for frying

Steps

1

First grated the paneer finely.mash with hand properly.

Add mashed paneer,milk,maida and suji in a grinder,grind it.

Transfer into a mixing bowl add cardamom powder and little milk and make a batter.divided into 3 parts and add food colour and mix well.

Heat oil in wok pour this batter and make pua.

Fried till golden in colour.

Garnish with grated paneer and chopped dry fruits.
