Ingredients

  1. 100 gramsmaida(All purpose flour)
  2. 50 gramsRefined oil for kneading the flour
  3. To taste Salt
  4. 1/8 tspKalonji seeds
  5. 1/4 tspBaking soda
  6. As neededLukewarm water

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix everything well add Lukewarm water and knead a stiff dough

  2. 2

    Roll it like chapati but it should be thick

  3. 3

    Now cut into desired shape with a knife

  4. 4

    And fry in hot oil

  5. 5

    Your crisp khasta namkeen is ready to be served.Enjoy it with tea of coffee
