2 lbs73% Ground Beef
1/2chopped yellow onion
1/2 cupcheese (I used parmesan)
1Egg Beaten
1 ozDry package of Onion Soup
1 TbspGarlic Powder
1 tspSoy Sauce
1 tspWorchester Sauce
1 tspeach of Dry Parsley, Dried Basil. Dried Oregano
1/2 tspDried Rosemary
season with salt and pepper to your taste

Break up meat and add all ingredients mixing but not over mixing.

Divide meat and make individual patties approx 1/4 lb each

Cook on grill 450 degrees for about 5 minutes per side. Do not press the meat.
