I always love pancake mornings, making it is very mechanical for me cos i add anything i can lay my hands on into it. My constant is always egg and sugar, while I play around with any other ingredient in my pantry.

I always love pancake mornings, making it is very mechanical for me cos i add anything i can lay my hands on into it. My constant is always egg and sugar, while I play around with any other ingredient in my pantry.

Mix all your ingredients together. Don't make runny just a bit thick like a cake batter and until there are no lumps

Place you frying pan on your gas, put one teaspoon of vegetable oil or butter, let it spread all around your pan

Once heated up, scoop in the pancake like one laddle and spread round the pan.

Once bubbles starts showing at the top you can turn it. Use low heat to cook.

Once the other side browns, you remove it. Do the same for other batches. Enjoy
