Steps

Bhatura :- Sieve the flour, salt and baking soda, add rava & sugar add curd and mix well.

Add water and knead to a smooth and soft dough.

Cover the dough with a wet napkin and keep aside for 2 hours.

Make medium sized balls. Apply oil while rolling and roll into an oval or round shape.

Drop the bhautra in hot oil and it with start puffing within a minute.

When the sizzling of the oil stop turn over and fry the other side. When light golden remove the bhatura and drain on paper towel.

Choley:- Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds & whole garam masala fry for a minute, add onion+ tomato+ garlic+ ginger+ green chilli paste saute till the oil starts to leave the sides of the masala paste.

Next add all dry spice powder mix very well and saute for a minute.

Now add cooked chickpeas and stir. Add 1 to 1.5 cup water and salt simmer on medium flame for 15 minute till the curry thickens.

Serve choley with onion slices or lemon wedges & Enjoy choley bhatura.
