Ingredients

15minutes
3servings
  1. 1 cupgram flour
  2. 11/2 tbspghee
  3. 1 cupwater
  4. 1/2 cupsugar
  5. 1 tspRaisins
  6. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  7. Few almond, cashews and pistachio chopped

Steps

15minutes
  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan.

  2. 2

    Add gram flour and roast on low flame for 6-7 minutes.

  3. 3

    Or till it turns aromat.

  4. 4

    Add rainsin and chopped dryfruits.

  5. 5

    Now add sugar and water.

  6. 6

    Keeping the flame medium stir well till the sugar water dissolves add cardamom powder.

  7. 7

    Garnish with nuts and serve hot.
