Steps

Wash and roughly peel off the parwals

Chop the Onions and tomato
- 3
Dry roast the poppy seeds and cashew nuts
- 4
Now heat oil and fry the onions,ginger,garlic, tomatoes chopped adding salt and turmeric powder

Cool it down and make a paste of this adding cashew nuts, raisins and Poppy seed

Heat oil in the pan temper shahi jeera, whole garam masalas and bay leaf

Add the parwals saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Cover and keep on low flame for 10 mnts or so

Remove the cover and fry the parwals well

Add the masala paste mix well

Add red chilli powder and sugar

Beat the curd well and add it in to the masala mix well
- 13
Finally add fennel seeds powder and switch off the oven

Serve it with main course
