1 bunchSpinach
50 gmssoaked Moong dal
1 cupgrated coconut
1 tsp mustard,
urad dal,
red chilli,
asafoetida powder,
salt

10 minutes

First cut the spinach and wash it properly and dry it for 10 minutes.

In a cooking pan add oil allow mustard urad dal red chilli allow to crack and add the chopped spinach.

Add the soaked dal and grated coconut.

Curry is ready to taste.
