Ingredients

8 सर्विंग
  1. वडों के लिए सामग्री
  2. 1कप उड़द दाल (4-5 घंटे पानी में भिगी हुई)
  3. 1टी स्पून बारीक कटी हुई अदरक
  4. 1टी स्पून बारीक कटी हुई हरी मिर्च
  5. 1/2टी स्पून दरदरी कुटी हुई काली मिर्च
  6. 1चुटकी बेकिंग सोडा
  7. स्वादानुसार नमक
  8. तलने के लिए तेल
  9. सर्व करने के लिए-
  10. 500ग्राम दही
  11. 1/4कप खजूर-इमली की चटनी
  12. 1/4कप धनिये की चटनी
  13. भूना-पिसा जीरा पाउडर,काला नमक, लाल मिर्च पाउडर स्वादानुसार

Steps

  1. 1

    उड़द की दाल को मिक्सर ग्राइंडर की सहायता से पिसकर पेस्ट बना लें।

  2. 2

    तैयार पेस्ट में अदरक, हरी मिर्च, काली मिर्च,नमक और बेकिंग सोडा डालकर अच्छे से मिलाएं।

  3. 3

    अब तेल गर्म करें और नींबू के आकार के छोटे-छोटे वडे़ लाइट ब्राउन होने तक तलें।

  4. 4

    अब एक बर्तन में गर्म पानी लें और तैयार वडो़ को पानी में 10 मिनट के लिए डाल दें ताकि वे मुलायम हो जाएं।

  5. 5

    एक-एक कर सारे वड़े पानी से निकालिए और हथेली से दबा कर, उनसे अतिरिक्त पानी निकाल दें।

  6. 6

    परोसते समय वडो़ पर दही, दोनों चटनियां, काला नमक, जीरा पाउडर और लाल मिर्च पाउडर डालकर दिजिए।
