Steps

Take a bowl mashed boiled potato.

Put all dry ingredients and mix properly.

Now add semolina and oats and continue mixing.

If need then add 1spoon curd and texture like dough.

Now drop some oil in Palm and take a small portion from dough.

Press it with the help of hand and dust with oats powder.

Freeze it for 15min.

Now deep fry or shallow fry.
