Aamrakhand or Mango Shrikhand

मांग लूँ यह मन्नत कि,फिर यही "जहाँ" मिले...
फिर वही गोद ,फिर वही 'माँ' मिले..
Bachpan ke din bahut yaad aate hain maa, jab bhook lage to maa, jab chop lage to maa ka haldi wala doodh yaad aata hai, jab exam ke liye jaate to maa ka dahi_shakker khilana bahut yaad aata hai.
Mujhe meetha dahi especially shrikhand bahut pasand hai, issliye mom mere liye hamesha sweet curd ki variety banati thhi.
Kabhi kesariya, kabhi aamrakhand aur ek baar toh mom ne bel ka shrikhand banaya. Uska swad he bilkul alag thha
Aaj mein jab bhi mom ki innovative recipe banati hun toh bahut yaad aati hain maa
Love u maa.
Today I am sharing my mom's favorite recipe
Aamrakhand or Mango Shrikhand whuch I learnt from her.
The mango Shrikhand or Aamrakhand is a very humble yet exotic and quick mango dessert with all the goodness and flavours of mangoes to satiate one's sweet tooth.
Aamrakhand is a thick and rich creamy yoghurt recipe. It's a twisted version of shrikhand with addition of mangoes and dry fruits
