First take gram flour add oat powder add Ginger garlic paste and all masala, hing, lemon juice and coriander leaves,now mix well and add water and make smooth paste and keep aside for 5 minutes.

Take one arbi leaf and spread paste on it then put another leaf over it. Continue this procedure for 3 times. Now wrap from both side and roll it, now put it into the steamer. Cook for 20 minutes. When it cooks well then let it cool and cut into pieces.

Take fry pan and add some oil and put some sesame seed as you like and put pieces and fry it.

Patra ready. Serve with chutney of your choice.
