When am out of gram flour and want something close to potato Bhajia's this is what I do. They are nice.

When am out of gram flour and want something close to potato Bhajia's this is what I do. They are nice.
Steps

Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut into small slices
- 2
Mix the flour, salt, food colour, ginger and garlic together
- 3
Add in water bit by bit to make a smooth paste
- 4
Heat the oil in your frying pan.
- 5
When oil is hot deep the potato slices in the flour paste and put in the frying pan they take about 5 minutes to cook
- 6
Remove from pan and let the oil drip then serve. They are nice anyhow with tomato sauce, chilli, kachumbari, ukwaju or plain
