Steps

Add buttermilk and gram flour in mixing bowl and whisk well and make lumpsfree batter..

Heat oil in a wok add jeera, hing and onion and saute till light pink.

Add small piece of potato and cook well.

Add spices and kadhi batter and mix well.

Cook on low flame for 20 Minute, stirr regular.

Serve with chapati..
