Ingredients

  1. For marinate :
  2. 500 gmchicken breast cut in pieces
  3. 1eggs beaten
  4. 1 tsplemon juice
  5. 1+1/2 tsp garlic ginger paste
  6. 3 tspcornflour
  7. 2 tspmaida
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1 tspcoriander powder
  11. to tastesalt according
  12. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  13. oil for deep frying
  14. For tadka :
  15. 2 tspginger-garlic paste
  16. 1 teaspoonblack mustard seeds
  17. 1 teaspoonscumin seeds
  18. 1/2 tspsalt or to taste
  19. 10curry leaves
  20. 3green chillies (cut in long and thin)
  21. 1-2 tspred chilli sauce or to taste
  22. 200-250 gmkatori low fat whisked yogurt
  23. 3-4 tspcooking oil
  24. Coconut and fresh coriander leaves to garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the Khadhai on medium heat. add oil and ginger-garlic paste. Cook for 1 minute. Add cumin, mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chillies and fry for 25-20 seconds.
    Now heat on low as we have to add yogurt.
    Mix well add orange food colouring and chilli sauce. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.
    Add chicken and gently mix well to coat gravy on chicken. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
    Garnish with freshly grated coconut and freshly chop
