1 cupsoya chunks
2boiled potatoes
1/2 cupbread crumbs
2 tspGinger garlic paste
1 tspFinely chopped coriander and green chilli
to tasteSalt
1/2 tspGaram masala
as neededOil to pan fry

Soak soya chunks in hot water for 15 mins

Then squeeze excess water and wash it twice.

Dry grind in mixie

Add rest of the ingredients and make a dough

Give desired shape

Pan fry them on a pan drizzling oil on both sides.
