Ingredients

  1. 1000 gflour
  2. 180 gsugar
  3. 150 gmargarine
  4. 25 gyeast
  5. 1egg
  6. 400 mlmilk
  7. Enough oil for deep frying

Steps

    Mix all dry ingredients in a clean bowl then add in the eggs and margarine then lastly add in milk a little at a time until it's all cooperated in the mixture. Kneed to soft dough. Cover and put a side to rest for ten mins. Portion the dough into desired sizes then roll into bread roll ball like and set on a dusted tray to proof. Meanwhile slowly heat your oil. Using a pastry cutter punch holes in the middle of the dough then place in the heated oil to cook till brown then turn on the other

    Other side to cook till brown. Drain on the kitchen paper until cool then serve.
