Steps

Take water in vessel and let it boil, as water starts boiling add soaked rice by removing water and let it cook

Sieve water and put rice in the plate

Take kadai add little butter and ghee

Put jeera, chopped onion and saute till golden brown

Add all the chopped vegetables(potatoes, capsicum, carrot, peas) dry fruits mix well

Add all masala and mix well cover it and let it cook till it becomes soft

Add biryani masala, lemon juice and grated beet root.Mix well

Add cooked rice and mix well

Garnish with green coriander leaves, grapes and tomatoes
- 10
Biryani is ready to serve with raita
